sidenotex is a proof of concept application and is not intended for production use. While we strive for reliability, the service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.

No Warranty

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including without limitation:

• Warranties or merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Data security
• Reliability of the service
• Accuracy of stored annotations

Data Storage

While we implement basic security measures, this is a demonstration project. We recommend not storing sensitive or critical information in your annotations.

We do not store your email, instead its hashed and used as a unique identifier.

Service Availability

The service may be terminated, suspended, or modified at any time without prior notice.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard. This action is irreversible.
